The preposition in is used with continents, countries, and cities.

	She is in Europe.	Kendisi Avrupada.

Usually to express location at a local in the city you use the preposition at.

	He is at the hotel.	O otelde.
	They are at a restaurant.	Restorandalar.

	You're in the neighborhood.	Mahalledesin.
